When does money become available after crediting of the card?

It depends on the way the money is credited:

- using POS-terminal at a cash desk of ProCredit Bank, the money is available after 1 minute;

- through a money transfer at an ATM, the money is available after 1 minute;

- if you credit the with cash at a cash desk of ProCredit Bank without using the card, the money is available after 1 hour;

- if you use ProCredit Bank’s internet banking during operating time, the money is available after 1 hour;

- crediting the account in a different bank, the money will be on the account after 1-3 days (depending on the currency).

What happens when money is transferred to an account in a different currency from the currency of the account?

It is necessary to credit accounts in the account currency. In case of currency discrepancy the money is returned to the sender. For example, if you have got a euro card account and money is transferred in hryvna, the payment is repaid to the bank of the sender.

How to check the balance of a card account?

It is possible to check an account balance by:

- making an account balance inquiry or mini-extract at an ATM;
- GSM-banking service (information is sent to your mobile phone from a Ukrainian operator or by e-mail);
- contacting ProCredit Bank’s contact-centre:
