Why is a sum more/less than the sum of an operation blocked in your card?
A payment operation or cash withdrawal consists of 2 steps:
1. At the time of the operation the sum is calculated using the rate of VISA (as of the day of operation), this sum is then blocked on the card.
2. After information is being processed by VISA and the Processing Centre (during 1-30 days depending on the type of operation) ProCredit Bank debits the sum of the operation from the client’s account at the rate of the day of debit.
As a result of rate differences the debited sum can be either more or less than the sum blocked initially.

You should keep your card out of reach for third parties.

Never write your PIN on your card.
You should not keep or handle your card next to electromagnetic radiation, e.g. mobile phones this can damage the magnetic strip and thus make the card unusable.
