Young Bankers Programme
Take part in the competitive selection process for our Young Bankers Programme! Become one of 30 talented banking experts of an international bank! Participants from all regions of Ukraine are welcome!

ambitious, communicative, motivated by a successful career, you сan work in a team, you are interested in getting new knowledge and as well feel responsible and able to organize your time efficiently – this programme is for you!
We offer a unique opportunity to study the following sectors in depth:
- banking sector in Ukraine;
- practical aspects of financial mathematics, accounting;
- insight into banking services and processes;
- working in a long-term relationship with clients.
Gain practical experience in the field of banking and show your enthusiasm to learn and develop in order to be invited to join the ProCredit team upon successful completion of the programme.
Requirements:

- available for long-term business trips across Ukraine;
- participants should expect to live in the Kyiv area for the entire duration of the programme;
- interest to work in one of the positions offered in various regions of Ukraine;
- full-time employment during and upon completion of the programme.

Stages of the selection process:
1. CV and motivational letter (standard form of ProCredit Bank) «Why should you be selected as a participant for our Young Professionals Programme?” to be sent to: young_professionals@procreditbank.com.ua
2. Phone interview.
3. Testing in the maths, logic and English.
4. Round table discussion.
5. Personal interview.
