We perform regular training sessions in Kyiv for employees who deal directly with customers, such as cashiers, loan officers, client advisers, etc. ProCredit Bank has an internal training facility and a specially developed multi-level training system for all the main categories of employees. Our lecturers and trainers are our most competent employees, who have also undergone special training.
