Client Adviser – a positive, sociable person who is focused on establishing a co-operative relationship with customers, able to listen and ask pertinent questions, a good team player, open to new knowledge.

Client Advisers consult customers on all banking services and are able to explain in simple terms the differences between the various types of account available, highlight the benefits of different types of money transfers and help customers choose an international payment card that meets their demands.

The number of customers who are attracted to our bank and satisfied with us is directly dependent on the quality of Client Adviser performance.

Working at ProCredit Bank as a Client Adviser, you will become familiar with different financial documents and learn about the nature of savings. You will have an opportunity to communicate daily with all sorts of people, helping them to handle money properly and plan a family budget. Your relatives and friends may soon be asking you for financial advice.
