ProCredit Academy

ProCredit Academies are the in-house training centres for the middle management of the ProCredit group. The group has three Regional Academies: in Eastern Europe (located in Skopje, Macedonia), Latin America (located in Managua, Nicaragua) and Africa (located in Maputo, Mozambique), providing a six-month training programme over several sessions, and the main ProCredit Academy in Fürth-Weschnitz, Germany, which offers a three-year course of training.

 

The ProCredit Academies give students an opportunity to:

• gain new (and develop existing) skills and expertise in banking,
• exchange professional experiences and discuss various viewpoints on important issues relevant to their work, and
• get a deeper understanding of shared ProCredit approaches and values.

No less important, the opportunity to have contact with colleagues from other countries and make new friends is of course an indisputable value.
