We are deeply convinced that professional growth can follow both vertical and horizontal paths.

ProCredit offers various professional opportunities; having gained experience in one area, it is possible to continue your development in another department or branch. We announce our vacancies internally to all our employees and give preferential consideration to internal candidates.

We prefer to train managers ourselves, gradually expanding their scope of duty and helping them become accustomed to new positions throughout their training. So far, all our managers have undergone several training stages in the “My Profession: Manager” programme.

In addition to in-house training at ProCredit Bank Ukraine, selected employees attend courses at group-wide training facilities, such as the Regional ProCredit Academy in Skopje, Macedonia, and the main ProCredit Academy in Fürth-Weschnitz, Germany. Since we are an international group, knowledge of English is important for our employees and particularly for the managers.

Ladder of success

We support desire to develop. With that end in view the ladder of success project is introduced in our bank in which can take part heads as well as officers focused on professional and personal growth.

«Ladder of success» is internal competition for training and self-development of employees. Following the results throughout the year, 12 winners will be announced.

Participants’ work is evaluated by a special commission which consists of highly professional heads of regions and head office departments.

Winners of the project will receive modern business literature, participation in the seminars focused on personal growth, training in our Corporate School of English in Ukraine and Germany.
