 Dr. Philipp Pott, General Manager |
Dr. Philipp Pott has been General Manager of ProCredit Bank in Ukraine since October 2011. Prior to this assignment, Dr. Pott was Head of Group Business Development at ProCredit Holding AG & Co. KGaA, Germany, being responsible for the development and implementation of group-wide approaches to meeting the needs of the group’s target customers, particularly its small business clients. Before joining the group’s holding company in this capacity in 2010, Dr. Pott served as General Manager of ProCredit Bank Georgia for four years, as a member of the Management Board of ProCredit Bank Ukraine for one year and as General Manager of ProCredit Moldova for three years. Prior to these assignments, he was active as a bank advisor to the EBRD’s (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) Russia Small Business Fund. Dr. Pott is a member of the supervisory boards of the ProCredit banks in Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Georgia. He holds a degree in finance and a doctorate in Eastern European history. |
 Viktor Ponomarenko, Deputy General Manager |
Mr. Ponomarenko joined ProCredit Bank in March 2004 as Head of the Business Clients Development Department. He has been the First Deputy General Manager since November 2006. Before joining the bank, Mr. Ponomarenko participated in a number of microfinance projects, primarily the Ukraine Micro Lending Programme. He also carried out short-term assignments for similar projects in Russia. He graduated from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University (USA) with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, and also from the Kyiv National University of Economics. Mr. Ponomarenko is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). |
 Mahmudali Guseynov, Executive Director |
Born in 1973, Mr. Guseynov has been working in ProCredit Bank since July 2007.
Having started working in ProCredit Holding, he held executive positions in ProCredit Bank Georgia (2002 – 2006). After that (November 2006 – July 2007) he served as a banking consultant in Turkey. He graduated from the University of Bremen (2001 – 2003) with a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations and also from Fulda University, Germany (1998 – 2000) with a diploma in European Business Management.

 Aleksey Tsymbaluk, Executive Director |
Aleksey has been Executive Director since October 2011. Aleksey started working for the bank in 2003 as Retail Department Manager in Odessa. Later on he continued his career as Branch Manager and Regional Director of the southern region. In 2007 and 2008 Aleksey was a member of the Audit Committee of ProCredit Bank in Moldova. He has been working in the Ukrainian banking sector since 2000, his first position was cashier for foreign currency operations. He holds a degree from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. He was born in 1978. |
 Oleksandr Povshedniy, Executive Director |
Mr. Povshedniy was appointed as Executive Director in April 2010. Mr. Povshedniy started his employment in ProCredit Bank as Credit Specialist in 2002. Then he worked as Credit Manager and Branch Manager. He took an active part in bank development in Bila Tserkva. He was a head of Personnel Training and Development Department, after it – HR Department. Mr. Povshedniy graduated from Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University. Was born in 1979.
